### How long do affiliate cookies last?

We use 90 day cookies to track your affiliate referrals. The 90-day affiliate tracking window is reset every time your affiliate link is clicked.

### Do I get paid for signups?

One of the reasons customers love AhaSend is our fair, Pay-as-You-Go pricing. New users don't pay anything until the end of their first month, at which point they are charged based on the number of emails sent or received. While we track user signups and associate them with our affiliates, we do not pay any commission until the customer makes their first payment. There is no bonus or commission for the signup itself.

### How do I get paid?

At the end of each month, your commissions are calculated and available for payout the following month. We pay commissions via PayPal. For affiliates earning over $1,000 in commission revenue per month, we also offer wire transfers for payouts.

### What are the affiliate terms?

To become an affiliate with AhaSend, you will be asked to agree with our affiliate program terms during sign up. You can read the terms before signgn up [here](https://ahasend.trackdesk.com/terms-conditions)

### When will I be paid?

All commissions are approved and eligible for payout 30 days after the customer's payment to account for refunds and chargebacks. For instance, if a customer referred through your affiliate link makes a payment on June 19th, your commission will be approved and ready for withdrawal on July 19th.

### What happens if a sale I referred gets refunded?

If a sale you referred gets refunded, the commission associated with that sale would be reversed or deducted from your earnings. This adjustment ensures that commissions are paid only for successful, non-refunded transactions.
