## Four steps, start to send

1. **Make a list**: Import a CSV, add the fields you need and filter on any of them.
2. **Design the email**: Simple or Full editor, from scratch or from a template.
3. **Test, then send**: Set sender and recipients, send a test, then schedule it.
4. **Read the report**: Delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces.

Bring your contacts in from a CSV, give them the fields your campaigns need and filter on any of them.

- **Custom fields**: Text, number, yes/no, date and date/time, filled in by hand or from a CSV.
- **Advanced filtering**: AND/OR rules on any field, then send to just the contacts who match.

## Write it like a document, or build it from blocks

Start from a template or a blank page, pick the Simple or Full editor, and make every email personal.

- **Start from a template**: Each campaign gets its own copy, so editing the template later changes nothing.
- **Simple editor**: Write it like a document and add images, buttons and columns as you go.
- **Full editor**: Drag in MJML blocks and style each one.
- **Personalize every email**: Any contact field, custom ones included, with a default for when it is empty.
