No, you'll need to use a domain that you own and control. Free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook don't allow third-party services to send on their behalf, and using them would significantly hurt your deliverability. You'll need to add and verify your own domain (like yourbusiness.com) before you can start sending emails.

### How do you count the number of emails I send?

We count both outbound and inbound emails.

**Outbound emails:** Each delivery attempt to one recipient counts as one email, including bounces. For example, sending to 100 recipients = 100 emails, regardless of delivery status.

**Inbound emails:** Each email received by your domain counts as one email.

You may ask yourself "Why count bounces"? This encourages list hygiene, which protects deliverability for everyone on our platform. When you maintain clean lists, your sender reputation improves and your emails reach the inbox.

### How does pricing and billing work?
