Transactional emails are any emails that are sent as a result of a recent action by the user on your website or application. These include

• Order confirmations emails

No, sending marketing campaigns is against our Terms of Use. AhaSend is designed for sending transactional emails as fast as possible and with the highest levels of deliverabiltiy. We do not provide the campaign management features required for sending marketing emails. 

Each email message delivery attempt to one recipient is counted as one email towards your invoice. This means that even if the email is bounced, you will be charged for it. This is to ensure that our customers have an interest in keeping their lists clean, helping us and other customers keep a high sending reputation and have perfect deliverability. 

AhaSend's pricing model is Pay as You Go. This means that you can send as many emails as you need during the month, and card will be charged at the end of your 30-day subscription period based on the number of emails you've sent during the month. Remember, the first 1,000 emails per month are always free and you will only be charged if you've sent over 1,000 emails.
